He's an actor at the theatre from my city, we know each other, I think he likes me, what can I do to approach him?

I mean he is a strange person, I dont really understand him, he knows me, when he sees me he is very nice to me, we flirt, but he didnt tell me anything, didnt give me a call or something...

You wrote " We know each other personally" So, where is the big deal to approach someone that you know. An actor is a title to a definite kind of work. Pass the title, there is the person that is like everyone else with feeling, with the need to be touched, to have someone to talk to, to love and be loved. Do not be emotionally charged for the actor but for the person that he is and then you approach him as such.

Just be yourself! Actor's are professionals at "seeing through people" because they have to act like other people all day long. If you are fun and easy-going, he will be instantly drawn to you.

"accidentally run into him" and strike up a conversation. if you think he really likes you ask him if he wants to get together sometime. or give him your phone #.
