I suppose you mean unopened bottles? It depends on the alcohol content. In Sweden, we have (roughly) three alcohol level glögg types - "glögg lite" (no alcohol at all, or very little), wine glögg (about 10% alcohol) , and strong wine glögg (laced with spirits, about 20% alcohol).

Strong wine glögg can be stored for a few years (and opened bottles for a couple of months, I think). But if you store it that long, you should strain it before you drink it, since there might be residue on the bottom of the bottle.

Ordinary wine glögg and "glögg lite" can be stored for a couple of months, and probably longer than that if you aren't too fastidious. Maybe the spices will get a little tame over time. I know that I have used last year's Christmas wine glögg (unopened) the next Christmas, and maybe it wasn't the greatest hit, but it was still perfectly drinkable.

I have made it myself--requires a lot of different stuff. But, I would say it would last a very long time as it contains 100 proof alcohol nothing will contaminated that. Also I think it will eventually get stronger.
