Either this person is a water sign, or a teenager, or a psycho. If either of the first two, don't worry about it. They probably really do feel they do love you, and just be flattered. If the third say thank you and goodbye. Having been in a few relationships like that, I have realised it was easier to get rid of them as soon as possible, as those types do not let go easily. However, it could be possible that they were in a serious relationship before this, and got used to declaring their affection in such a way. In that case, just ignore it. In most cases it just means he likes you. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, tell him to back off, but not in a serious way. Just a bit jokey to let them know this is a little too heavy for you at this stage.

Generally speaking, yes, that is WAY too soon. I mean, how can you love someone that you have only known for 3 days??? (other than the kind where you love everyone because they are God's children or whatever).
Okay, I can think of an exception though. I mean, if you have known this person forever and just began dating, then it could be true that they love you already. I can think of a handful of guys that I love and I know they love me and if we were to begin dating, it would be true to say something like that.
I have a real problem when a guy that I just met and went out with like once tells me he loves me. I simply don't believe him. How could it possibly be true???

Third day, yeah, probably. However, there are some people that claim to love people (internet love) without actually meeting them first. I don't buy that but to each their own. My boyfriend said it at 2 weeks, I was worried that was a bit too soon, but it did feel right and now 9 months later we are still together and in the processing of me moving in with him.

It depends, but usually, yes. I think my boyfriend and I went out five days before he said he loved me, but we'd been really close friends for over a year. If you just met him not long ago and it's been three days, you might want to consider seriously slowing it down.

hey, i've heard of love @ first sight and all that. but i really don't think that you can love someone after only 3 days together. the person you're with really has to know you and what you stand for. i've gone out with guys that say i love you on the first day but i don't say it back becuase i know i don't. 2 me, you have to think that you'd die for someone.that's when you know you're in love.
