Although similar, the variety of Arabic used in Kuwait is different from the one used in Iraq.

Do you mean is the dialect the same?
Just as the first poster said, no it's not the same but they are close. The kuwaiti dialect is probably the most similar to the Iraqi one than any other dialect but there are differences.
