how do i say " i think i'm falling in love with you" in japanese?

(I'm assuming if you're saying this to someone you know the person well enough to say it informally, like friend to friend.)

Koi ni ochiru to omou.

My version is more "I think". Like in English though, people say 'I think' to just soften the sentence sometimes, not really meaning you're not sure.

And also I've heard in many Jpop songs 'koi ni ochiru' which is more along the idiom of 'falling' in love.

The first person (Belie) is more "I'm (in the process of) becoming in love with you." Which actually sounds more normal in Japanese than English.

I'm pretty darn confident with my answer, but I am by no means an expert.
