Denise Austin tapes or DVDs. She is awesome. She does all, Pilate's, yoga, arobics, weights and Tai-Chi. I used her to get rid of the fat after my 2nd child. It took me less time than doing it on my own. She has neat tricks, and tells you what each move helps. So I memorized her tapes I did them so much, then I do only what I think I need. She is usually on cable at 530-6am weedays on the Woman's channell or DIY. Not sure but I started doing it from there then I bought her dvds. A stability ball works great at speeding up the process. "Toning" as it's known is pretty much BS. You need to lose overall body fat: start lifting weights and do cardio. Very simple. You can do situps and stuff for your butt until the cows come home, and you will still look like a cow unless you're losing fat throughout your body.

There aren't really any excercises that FOCUS on a specific spot of body fat. They'll focus on the muscles underneath, but if you're just trying to lower your overall weight, do any excercises. The body fat will slowly burn all throughout your body. Good luck.

I was told to do ball excersises. Not only are you working on your muscles but you better your balance.

Just remember if you are doing these alone that is okay to laugh at your self. laughing is also a good exercise
