Eat a lot more - make sure you get enough carbs and proteins - those are most important. Eat lots of bread and if you find you can't eat a lot of food try the boost or slimfast shakes so you get enough nutrients. Hope I helped!

Gaining weight doesn't neccessarily make you stronger. What you need to do is gradually run more and more each time you go out. You can gain weight by gaining muscle, or do what my friend did-eat 9000 calories a day. He needs to gain 20 pounds to join the army, and he gained 8 in a week by doing this.

You need to raise your calorie intake from the recommended 2000 calories a day. My boyfriend was really thin at one point so he actually had a slim fast (which is a meal replacement because it has the recommended calories and vitamins as a meal), ON TOP of a normal meal. Be careful what kind of foods you consume. Don't go crazy with the sugar and junk food. Eat lots of protein and good carbs.

Has your mother taken you to the doctor???

When I was thirteen I used to eat 7 full sized meals a day and I would still loose weight and be weak and shaky

It turns out I have Grave's Disease, an Auto Immune Disorder that has my immune system attack my thyroid gland.

The Syndrome is HYPER-THYROIDISM. Talk to your mom, it is serious but can be treated once they do blood test to confirm.

On a side note IF YOUR LEVELS GET TOO HIGH (like diabetes) YOU CAN SLIP INTO A COMA, or DIE...

This is important for you to get tests done quickly. A FULL MEDICAL CHECK UP.

Ps. GOOD LUCK AND I PRAY I AM WRONG for YOUR sake!!!

Adolf Rupp, the famed University of Kentucky basketball coach, once had player who needed to add weight. In addition to the usual athletic table meals, the story goes that the player was to drink a milkshake with an egg in it, every day. (I'm not sure how adding an egg would make a milkshake taste. Why not eat the egg first, then drink the milkshake?) So, since you are otherwise exercising (running), add a milkshake to your daily diet.

You didn't say how tall you were so you may or may not be ok. You also didn't mention your gender. I'm concerned more about the weakness and getting tired really quickly. I'd go to my doctor to get that checked out. He/She would also give you a sensible weight gaining plan. Good luck.

Start by eating properly. Make sure you eat 3 square meals a day plus snacks. You are still growing! Also start lifting some weights.(Don't go too heavy!!!) You will start to develop muscle mass ...muscle weighs more than fat.Plus between running and weight lifting your appetite should be BIG. Eat up dude!

Sounds like you have an iron deficiency. Eat lots of green vegetables and possibly take iron pills but see your doctor before taking the iron pills to run tests to see if you're anemic.

If you want to gain weight fast eat lots of fatty foods which aren't very healthy for you either, but that will depend on your metabolism if you have success with that.

You are a teen. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teens have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So,you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it will be difficult for you to lose this fat later. I found information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html useful.
