Usually I have a tissue in my pocket, I'd use it. I've even used the roll itself, you can take it apart and use it to clean off enough so at least you can pull up your pants without soiling anything, then make it to another stall to clean up better. But generally I've learned to check ahead of time 'cause it's rather awkward!

Politely ask the next person to hand you some TP under the stall. Just say sorry, I'm stranded can ya hand me some paper, please. Thank you very much. Or flush, get up, walk over to the next stall like nothing has happened then sit and wipe.
In the future, always keep 1 pkg of kleenex or wet wipes with you.

in my house- i have toilet rolls stowed away under the sink.
Away- I have kleenex in my purse...

At home: yell at my husband for not putting a new one on! Then yell at him to bring me a new one!
Away: I always have baby wipes on me.

if my bf was home with me i'd shout for him to bring me a roll from the closet..if i was alone i would rush to closet and get one myself i suppose...thank god thats never happened before! lol
