Why are some Christians on this board so obsessed with Atheists?

Question

Some Christians on here are so obsessed with atheists. Every question they ask has the word atheist, or atheism in it. Do you have a secret desire to become atheists yourself? Are you curious about atheism? Angry at atheists? Just curious.

(no, I'm not an atheist. I'm mildly agnostic.)

That's because they are, deep down, concerned that we really have reality on our side. This is natural for them to think, since they don't.

Religion versus non-religion is emotion versus rationality. Emotion is a strong motivator. Humans have been emotional animals for far longer than rational animals. However, rationality is getting more of a hold, inch by inch. It just works better, no matter what anybody feels about it.

So while childhood indoctrination and emotional manipulation still hold sway and keep people bond to the superstition, atheists still concern Christians and other religious people. Deep down, the logic just makes too much sense. Religious propaganda is plenty, but shallow.

True believers have an intense desire to do the will of God (Jesus one and the same). The will of God is that all of His elect come to repent and seek Him before this world is destroyed. An atheist(parable of the lost sheep) can be saved from judgement day if they turn to God. True believers follow the Good Sheperd and never have a desire to be an atheist. The first love is Jesus Christ. No matter how much we have been terrible sinners in this life being angry at God whatever, they can be forgiven. Today is the day of salvation because we might die this very day

The only thing I can think of as to why is because they want to have everyone thinking like them. What they need to do is have an inner chat with themselves and God before they judge any one else. The Bible says "Judge not lest ye be judged." I try and live by that rule. I am an open minded person that would llike for more people to open their own minds. But as they say put wishes in one hand and manure in the other see which will fill up faster.

To me, it seems that any religious sect has a real problem with deciding what to do in life on their own. For every action they must stop and ask, "What would God have me do", instead of, "What should I do". Think for yourself. Having some book dictate your every action is quite irritating to the rest of us. So the fascination for us non-religious must be that we can think on the fly, without consulting a handbook.

Why are atheists so obsessed with Christians. They seem to think Christianity is synonymous with religion or stupidity, even though there are other religions with much crazier beliefs.
