I can touch around 9-5 right now, but my goal is to be touching around 10 feet by August. If I jump on a mini-trampoline for 20 minutes a day, will it help out my vertical jump?

Of course, it'll strengthen those muscles.

I think it would. You can also try jump-roping to make the muscles in your legs stronger.
