Sure, In India we believe that warm glass of water with lemon and a tsp of honey first thing in the morning will make you lose weight.

If you jus thave honey, they say you gain weight.

Honey is pure glucose. Glucose does not help you lose weight; the opposite, in fact.

I haven't heard of that but you can substitute honey for sugar and its much better for you...use it on chicken iinstead of fattening marinades or sauces...it helps curb the appetite. Sugar makes you want more sugar.

maybe if you mix honey with something but i think that just honey alone will make you gain weight instead of loosing it.

i think it's penut butter that can help you lose weight.. i remember reading that somewhere.
