normally when you download the font it comes in a zip drive ... if you open the folder on the left side of the screen that opens there should be an option to "extract" files ... when you do this a wizard shows up there is an option of where to extract it ... select, C:\WINDOWS\fonts and extract to there.
other option is to straight up drag and drop it to that folder. If your font is NOT in that folder you will not be able to use it. Windows will not recognize it as a font.

Use where??? Copy the font that you have just downloaded to Control Panel > Fonts. This will become available to most software on your computer.

Unzip it if it is compressed. Then go to Start > Control Panel > Fonts (Must be in classic view to see it). Then just drag that unzipped font style file into the bunch of other fonts and it will install it. You can then delete the font file cause it has been installed :).

It depedns on what Os your using. If your running Vista, go to my documents, click the font, press alt and click install. If your running Xp, 1st when you downlooad it, it goes somewhere you want it to go to. So you click on it and it says extract files. And replace the link with C:\Windows\Fonts
Then click unzip and another window should pop up with all your fonts. Then you have officially installed the font. :)
