My boyfriend is...yea..he is... ok.. but anyways, i love him, just not like that. its hard for me to break his heart, as I've done it before. Its really complicated, but I want to move on with my life, and cant seem to tell him. Do you know a song that could portray the message in a nice way? Or even in a reading between the lines kind of way? I would really appreciate it, I honestly think that he is holding me back!!!

Sorry you think you'd have to break up and don't really want to know details as to why....But as a guy, I think sending your words through a song is like a military soldier getting a "Dear John" letter overseas from home.....

I think you'd be a stronger person if you confront him about it face to face....also it shows that you respect yourself more as well as he....why send him a song???? That's a cop out! (sorry to be blunt...but the truth coming from one other's mouth and heart is better than a cop out....think about it!).....Good Luck.

i won't have the capacity to % the songs for you, yet this usual order tended to assist me: a million. Morrissey / The Smiths 2. Weakerthans 3. Descendents 4. Flogging Molly 5. vast D & the infants table it is not sturdy to wallow (no offense, yet fairly in the adventure that your doing the dumping; if he became contained in the incorrect, you need to experience no be apologetic approximately and could experience relieved to have a cheater off your decrease back) So, i exploit this usual order: melancholy, Calm, interesting, exciting, chuffed

I don't have a song for you but you really should break up with him face - to -face. He deserves at least that. I don't know the details and don't want to know., but whatever the reason, doing it through a song is a really BAD idea.

If it happened to me in that manner, I would be embarrassed, hurt and angry. If you break up with him face to face, he will be hurt, but not as much if you break up with him through a song. And you will have a better chance in just being friends with him.

If you are going to break up with him through a song, you might as well have your best friend break up with him for you.

If you love him, as in a friend loving a friend, you must respect him then, right? Then respect him by telling him yourself how you feel and what you want. It will have a better outcome, compared breaking up through a song.

The only way to break up with someone properly is face-to-face, openly and honestly. A song will just confuse him. Emphasize that it has nothing to do with his personally but you want to move on. Then cut off contact with him for at least a month.

He may hate you at first but one day he'll thank you for it.

honestly your gonna make it worse if u dont just tell him straight out. i cant count the times i wish some one had just told me to my face. not through a note or a song. plus u ruin good music that way.
