take her to the vet, not petco. take her at 8 weeks, which is as early as you can take her home.

A puppy shouldn't get vaccinated before 8 weeks unless you live in a very high risk area...and even then it doesn't serve much of a purpose except to make the owner (you) feel better.

Pups still carry the immunities from their mothers until about 8 weeks so even if you vaccinate earlier (say, 6 weeks) it won't give any extra protection nor will the vaccine "take" to her system.

If you're not in a high risk area and a clinic has you come in prior to 8 weeks...find a new vet. They're not interested in doing the right, health thing; only in taking your money.

5 weeks old, they can get the Parvo vaccination, if your area is at high risk.

Otherwise, it's 8 weeks old for the first combination vaccine, and then 12 weeks for the 2nd round.

your puppy can get her shots when she is two weeks old or you can just go into the store and they will tell you
