I need to lose weight really bad and i need to know how some of you did it. So if you could tell me about your weight loss experiences it would be appreciated...

I can totally relate with you, like a year ago I lost around 60 pounds; and I know is a really hard work. Look, some advices I can give you is eat healthier and exercise, that's how I did it. No diet, because if you follow a diet, the minute you stop doing it, you'll gain more weight; but you have to watch out the portions of your food, just by reducing them a bit will be helpful. Some tips are that instead of drinking something else, drink water. Also, try to avoid junk food, it only contains bad things for you body; and if you want something sweet, eat a fruit instead of cake or cookies. Another advice I can give you, is that I used to eat out of anxiety and stress, I just wanted to have something chewing in my mouth; so what I did was starting chewing gum everytime I felt like eating something just for eating, but use the sugarless kind. Remember that exercising is very important too!!!! I know you'll be able to do it! Good luck:D!

Be realistic. That and doing it for your own satisfaction is what will keep you on the path to victory. If you just want to lose weight to look good for a upcoming event or whatever then you wont last to long. 2nd skip the crash diets, like the zero carbs or zero fat diets that seem to be running amok. It's all about getting a proper balance of calories, fat, carbs, and protein, as well as exercise. Exercise shouldn't be looked at as some kind of medieval torture, it should be a activity you enjoy doing, gets your body warm, heart beating, and sweat poring. And while on the topic of Exercise, 3rd, set realistic goals. If you start off saying you want the physique of a champion bodybuilder, or a cover model, your not being very realstic and chances are you'll get frustrated and quit. It's all about patients, give your self time and stick with it. Nothing happens overnight in this field, there will be diapointments along the way that will make you start thinking why the hell am I even bothering doing this, I'm just gonna hang it up and quit! And believe me I've said that at least a thousand times. But I stuck in there and kept slugging it out,and with time and patients I gradually saw the results of all my hard work pay off. And you will too. If you fall, pick your self back up and keep moving foward. Clothes, cars, and gadgets will come and go but you're only given this one body for the rest of your life, take good care of it and treat it like a temple.

I was a bit overweight when I graduated high school almost 10 years ago. You just have to dedicate yourself to getting more exercise each day and change your diet. Really that's the way. I gave up a lot of fatty foods. I gave up soda drinks completely a while ago. I avoid fast food as much as possible. I run at least two or three times a week for 60 minutes each time. I also lift weights now and then. My waist is 2 sizes smaller than it was in high school and I look and feel a lot better. You just have to make sure you're burning more calories each day than you are taking in. Good luck, you can do it.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I have tried many different things, several types of diet but I was still fat. Now I do exercises, drink a lot of water and eat healthy stuff just like before, but now I support it with a real fat burning pill that my doctor advised me.

The best thing to do is MOVE. Run, jog, walk. Get out and do things. I was 30 pounds over weight, I have started walking 4-5 times a week for about 45 mins and have lost all the wight. Start slow and build up. Also watch what you eat, i know it you have heard it before. Try cutting out sugars and fats, its not that hard, you can still have the stuff you like. Diet soda not regular. Fruit and an egg in the morning not sugar cover cereal. I love the sinless sweet cream ice cream from Cold-stone it has splenda not sugar. Its easy you just have to start doing it. I promise make some small changes and you can see big results.

Eat raw or steamed vegetables. NO carbonated drinks NO processed foods DRINK only water
DO this for a week with NO cheat days also go out and walk it doesnt matter how long the walk will be.
The results were amazing for me from me from Monday to Sunday i had lost 10kg (20 pounds)
This diet is for strong-minded people only GOOD LUCK
