I need to get a yahoo account as: username@username.com?

Go to http://mail.aol.com and you can get one there for free.

The username@username.com would mean that you have your own domain name. That is the "username.com" portion of things.

Yahoo hosting can get you started with it. It will also allow you to have your own website with that same domain name.
