if you do some type of exercising the muscles during this weight loss process you should have no problems and take a mutivitamin. i am 50 years old and lost close to 100 pounds. i bought a nice inexpensive home gym and everyday i did some type of work out. including facial exercises and under the chin exercising.

Well hate to give you bad news, but you may not be able to fix the skin with exercise.
I had weight loss surgery 3 1/2 years ago and lost 160 pounds. Excess skin is a side effect of the surgery. Your doctor should have explained that to you and prepared for the possibility of plastic surgery to remove excess skin if it bothers you or becomes a problem.
Excess weight stretches your skin over long periods of time. Sometimes the skin has lost its elasticity and simply can't shrink back to normal size. But you have to consider what was worse, being morbidly obese or have to choose your clothes a little more carefully to disguise the skin.
I joke that if I ever need a skin graft that I've got enough on my belly to do my whole body. The problem isn't really that bad, but I hate it anyway. I plan on have a tummy tuck and boob lift in about a year. But its for my own peace of mind and not at anyone elses request. That's also important. Hopefuly you did the surgery for yourself and health reasons in the first place. Plastic surgery should also be for the same reason.
Talk to your doctor at your next check up and see if he/she has any suggestions.
Good luck and congrats on the weight loss. Hopefully you haven't suffered from any other side effects. And also hopefully your doctor discussed possible side effects of the surgery with you a little better than the skin issue.

It doesn't shrink--it's there to stay. But a friend of mine has a theory about that skin. People who lose weight without having weight loss surgery don't seem to develop the horrid loose skin and flaps which require more surgery to remove. She thinks it's because after weight loss surgery you can't get adequate nutrition or drink enough water.

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
