I was wondering what a good one was? Preferably one where you just eat/ or don't eat something to do it. Not one where you need pills.

A no pills cleanse...Hummm....
The best no pills cleanse I did was the Master Cleanse (aka Lemonade Diet) although it's NOT a diet. It's a fabulous cleanse and honestly I only survived 10 days but I cleansed some massive things I didn't even know were messed up!
There is an interesting forum about it...people who are doing it - great place to ask questions! :)

Hi,
I have been using Isagenix cleanse/detox system on and off for a year and half. It is comprised of a cleansing drink and protein shakes. Very simple and effective.
It is not free though....maybe that is what you are looking for?
You could start by eliminating all preservatives and sugar from your diet. That will have a great affect on you.
