I have learned by exposing ourselves to what we fear in small controlled envioronments where we are SAFE is best. Bit I would suggest seeing a therapist rather than self-treatment.

gradually go higher and higher til you feel comfortable. take an outside stairs and go up a few at a time over several days or weeks, depending on how long it takes you to feel comfortable. have a friend or family member go with you for moral support. continued exposure over a long period of time is the only way to overcome any fear.

if you go to heights you are becoming nervous and you become fearful may i know exactly what will happen when you go to heights what about your mental condition what exactly you feel if you tell me i can suggest medicine.i am doctor
