Take vitamin C ... or Vitamin B ... your hangover is caused by a lack of vitamins in your system. (your vitamins have been depleted from the night before)

TOMATO JUICE or TOMATO SOUP.......
Even though it doesn't sound good at all right now, the acids actually help neutralize the nausea. Taking little sips or bites goes a long long way. (This works on morning sickness also.)
Avoid large amounts of sodas and water.....you are more thirsty after a hard night of drinking, and they can add to that queasy feeling, or even trigger vomitting.
One last little note, eating peanut butter before you drink helps avoid the hangover altogether. Peanut butter buffers the alcohol, and it won't hardly throw back up.

It may seem a little unappealing but my motto is "a little hair of the dog that bit you." You should mix a drink or have a beer. Also, your body is dehydrated so keep plenty of fluids in you. Take two aspirin and call me in the morning. It will help too if there is any way you can go back to bed and sleep it off.

Get a greasy cheeseburger - it may take you an hour to eat it but eat the whole thing. It'll make you feel better. Once you get that down you can take Advil but don't take that before you get food in your stomach - also don't drink coffee or citrus as it'll upset your stomach more. Drink lots of water.
Good luck.

I've always been a fan of the hair- of - the-dog method. 3 really cold beers in under 10 minutes and then 1 every half hour until you feel better

Drink a lot of water. But if you're gonna throw up you're gonna throw up. By the next day it's kind of too late.

Take asprin as soon as you go to bed that night. Drink water every time you get up in the middle of the night, and take asprin every 4 hours if you can. The next day, drink alot of water. If you're going to get sick, get sick early...the rest of the day will be MUCH better.

Eat White Castle hamburgers, or a nice greasy double cheeseburger. That always used to work for me.
