Being out on bail itself will not be grounds for a search. The standard for a vehicle search is probable cause.

Yes, the reason for it would be that they are on bail and that gives the justifiable cause.

you paid the bail. there are "conditions of release on bail". For probation or parole- or conditions of release -they have a legal right to search your car, your person, etc. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!! Stop breaking the law.

They can search your vehicle even if you're NOT on parole as long as they have "Probable Cause". So if you're driving in a well known drug trafficking area, they CAN search you.

heck no! u have to give them permission. u are out on bail meaing u are free. dont let them hold that over ya. u still have rights unless u are in jail. so if u dont give them permission and they arent taken u in. they cant search your car. or if they have probable cause like they have been fallowing u to see what your doing, selling, buying, ect. they may just harrass you to get the dealer. if your not him. but like i said they do need permission, i know been threw it all.
