QuickBooks has accounting software available called Simple Start. You can download the free version at
http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/accounting_software/simple_start_bookkeeping_software.jhtml.
Or you can go to the QuickBooks website at www.quickbooks.com and type in Simple Start.

well i heard microsoft is giving away just the type you want for free. serach for it in www.microsoft.com good luck
