She sounds like she has a stomach flu or ate something that didn't sit well with her. She has diarhea and needs lots of rest and liquids, like water and sports drinks. If she doesn't get better in a few hours, or she starts pooping red (or, even worse, black) poop, go to the emergency room right away. Meanwhile, keep her comfortable and well-hydrated.

sounds like she's got diarrhea and she needs to take something like Pedialyte because if she was vomiting and having runny stool she will lose electrolytes and potassium and this sounds like she caught a little bug if something she ate didnt agree with her stomach. See if you can give her some children's pepto bismal and pedialyte if she's having the runs. You also have to keep in mind that kids can't eat as much as adults so if she's overeating that can also cause vomiting.

There is no need to panic. Its a stomach virus. They can get it without warning.(I have 3 kids)Just call the kids parents and lert them know whats going on. They might come home early. The medicine you give depends on the childs age. Just ask the parents what to give.

so she ate too much and is now suffering for it. Why did you let her eat so much? It's pretty common. You can't "fix" it. If there is some pedialite or similar you can give that to her. I can't believe you are asking this. seriously.
