not an article of war per se, she doesn't have any constitutional
rights, her law is the UCMJ (uniform code of military justice)
and guessing for the infraction she'll pay a fine (deduction from wages) and/or be busted back in rank.

Normally the punishment is the same as it would be for a male soldier. Normally the diciplenary action taken depends on the severity of the disrespect along with if this is a recurring thing. First time offenders normally receive either verbal or written counseling. If the problem persists the offender might be looking at an Article 15 (non-judicial) punishment from, in this case, her commander, which could be anything from restiction to base, extra duty, suspending rank, reduction in pay, ect, ect. But if it exceeds even the Aritcle 15, the offender could be looking at an Article 89, Disrespecting a superior commissioned officer, or an article 91, Insubordinate conduct toward warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer. Either way if it gets that far your pretty much hosed.

generally its a Artical 15 found in the Uniform Code of Millitary Conduct. if it is a first offence you can get a reduction of one rank and half your pay for two months and restriction to barracks for 30 day with 30 days extra duty. if it is bot your first offence you could go from a company grade to a field grade artical 15. doubles if not triples the punishment. best case senario is that you will be couneled and it will be put on you personal military record.

The same as everyone else. They wanted to be in the military, they should be able to accept any punishment the military gives out just like everyone else.
