I have been madly in love with a man for the last 6 yrs of my life. It has been a rough ride with cheatings and beatings and lies and babies. He used to physically abuse me but that has stopped. He is very demanding of me, my time, and my money. He wants me to be the perfect young lady when he's in the streets all the time. We weren't together (but seeing each other regularly) a few years ago and he got another girl pregnant. And two weeks ago he says another lady is saying that he is the father of her 2 month old daughter. He is always aking for money and he is always saying he would do something and he doesn't. He always says he'll spend time with me and then he stands me up. I guess it's really sad now that I think about it but--I can't even picture myself with anyone else and I want to work things out with him. I love him with all of my heart and I want to make this work. He says he loves me and he wants to be together in the future but does he really? HELP!!

Okay---Let me clarify---he USED to hit me! That stopped like 4 years ago. Hasn't done it at all or even close to it for a LONG time. I am over that. We were and are not a couple at this time so him "cheating" is not cheating! I didn't post this question for all of you to tell me I'm stupid. Don't you think I feel that way everyday? Don't you think that peopole close to me tell me that. I AM ASKING YOU ALL TO TELL ME IF YOU THINK HE WILL GET RIGHT. We have alot of history and its not all bad. I love him and non of you will change that and I dont need you to call me stupid!!!

I didn't even have to read the whole thing. I stopped at BEATINGS. If you're staying with a man that lays his hand on you in anger, your the stupid one staying with him. Get a grip and move the hell on, once a cheater, beater, always one.

He doesn't love you. How can someone love you and be having children with all of these other people, and beating you. Don't let him use you for you're money anymore. Let him go and don't have anything to do with him.
