My girlfriends birthday is in a month or so, and I would like to make it really special. I am going to suprise her with a facial/spa, and a suprise dinner. Does anyone have any other good idea's of what can be done/given as a gift?

haha that sounds like a great birthday present in itself. If you want an actual physical present to get her, girls love roses, you can't ever go wrong with that. Just make her day the best you possibly can. Tell her how beautiful she is, how awesome she makes you feel and all that good stuff.

Let me ask you this. Does she still put out like she did near the beginning of the relationship? Well, if she is than do this. Buy her 5 thongs varied colors. Then buy one of those cakes that look like two breast. At the end of the night surprise her with a sex swing. Good luck man.

The pampering thing is a great idea. Most cases, material is the way to go. Take her to an amusement park - spend the day together that way.
