Im trying to have a healthy diet. I want to loose at least 15 puonds, However, I have work 7a.m. everyday. Can i still buy starbucks coffee ( whitemocha non-fat milk) once a week? Will that effect my diet?

The non-fat milk part is the way to go. I have been on a diet for the past four months and I've been able to lose 15 pounds and keep them off. I've been able to keep up my weekly Starbucks drink and my drink used to be the nonfat white mocha, but then I found nonfat vanilla lattes. It is fine to drink it every so often, just be use to avoid the whipped cream because that adds about 100 calories every time. Getting a starbucks coffe once a week shouldn't affect your diet as long as you are offsetting it that day by watching the rest of what you eat. Good luck!

Non fat milk never hurt anybody. Go for it . You will burn more calories if your alert from the coffee anyway.
