I have a choc brown leather bed and cream wardrobes etc with dark brown handles?

will the floor look better in dark wood laminate or cream carpet?

cream carpet for definate you dont want to make your room to dark,add a chocolate colour rug,picture frames etc and for touches get cream and chocolate flowers or the bamboo twig things,if you want laminate i would go with a cream wash or maple as laminate is very easy to keep clean.

I would go with the laminate, you can clean it easier, and it doesn't collect pet dander or human hair in it. I love laminate and wood floors.. I guess I am partial to that. Besides the carpet gets to my allergies and asthma. When you resell the house the value is higher with the laminate etc. I think it will look awesome when you are done. Good Luck:)

I really think that the floor would look terrific in dark wood laminate like dark mahoggony with a lovely thick pile rug (cream) - because I have just finished my bedroom and it looks terrific almost the same except I have a hint of blue on the bed (very hotel looking) and top hotel at that , we must have taste eh.

I think a cream carpet. You could always add a choc rug to tie everything in. I don't like bedrooms too dark I think it's more restful in a lighter surrounding

Carpet because it wake it a bit more homely as youve got modern furniture, plus cream will go better with browns

This is so 70s, brown and cream. Why not look up 70s interior design on the web. A lot of it is stunning, clean lines and simple. Plus if you find original pieces, they are worth a on bomb ebay.

I think the cream carpet will look nice, will be warmer and i think carpet is much nicer in bedrooms.will bring out the brown in the room aswell, and give it a glamorous feel.
