you need to find an exercise regime that works for you.

Pilate's, yoga , walking, running all do wonders for your body.

thinner thighs if fat is not a problem ,it may be muscle mass ( a problem for runners and bikers) stretching helps (sit on floor one leg straight, one tucked beside you. lean forward slowly, (as to touch your toes) you should feel a pulling on the underside of your thigh (straight leg). lean back (as to lay down) and you will feel a pulling at the top of the leg that is bent. l word of advice do not bounce.

The only way to get 'thinner' anything is to diet and do exercises that tone that part of your body. By toning, I mean that exercise can shape that part but not reduce it - there is no such thing as spot reducing (wish there were!).

Try doing leg lifts, squats, and scissors with your legs. Walk about an hour a day as well. It will come off.
