Stick your finger down your throat......just kidding.

Exercise a lot, try and burn 500 calories per day, eat a lower calorie diet which eliminates sugars. I'd recommend buying some fat free pringles and Orville Reddenbacher's "smart pop" popcorn, they are foods you can binge on without feeling guilty because they are not going to make you gain weight. Also, drink lots of water, a way to do this is buying Crystal Light packets, those things taste really good and only have 5 calories per cup. If you can't stand water like me, then use Crystal Light. And last, don't eat after 7. Dropping 10 pounds in 8 days is pretty much impossible, but you could drop a solid 5-6 pounds if you are consistent with your exercises and don't crack at all on your dieting.....but that's a lot easier said than done. Good luck.

Let's face it, it's really not about the weight, it's about the size you look. There is no way you could lost 10lbs in a week. Get one of those slimming wraps, they really do shrink you a at least a few inches and it would be the safest thing for you to do instead of starve yourself or try some crazy diet...when most diets need at least a couple weeks to actually show any results.

But if you are stuck on losing weight by what you consume, try this: No salt, No sugar, No sodas, No alcohol, No dairy products. Eat carbs and proteins (chicken, fish, veggies, potatoes, whole wheat bread and pasta) Pair it with 3 or 4 days of cardio 30 minutes a day (any more than that and you burn muscle instead of fat) and it might help you lose a few pounds. Drink only water. And it's better to actually eat 3 or 4 meals a day that are ideal portion sizes than to skip meals. All skipping meals does is make your body desperately grab all the bad stuff in the food you eat and hold onto it for dear life...Because your body thinks it will be a long time before it may eat again, so it wants to horde all the bad stuff it can, just in case. Hope this helps, good luck!

Well yeah I guess you can if you have the appetite of a small mouse and want to do a few brutal unforgiving days of cardio. But ask your self this, is it really worth it? By the time this event comes around your body will be fatigued, your mind half asleep and to be brutally honest, you wont look that much different to anyone. Try this, if you're going for a more "slimming" look spend the next few days eating only fresh fruit and vegetables. Avoid all processed food or anything high in sodium, which in large quinties causes people to look more bloated. With that in mind try doing 3 days of light cardio so that way you can safely drop 1-2 pounds and with very little sodium in your system you'll appear more trimmer then normal. And the bonus, your mind and body wont feel so fatigued by the time of the event!

Well, you cannot realistically drop more than 3-4 pounds of real FAT in one week. You can drop fat and some fluid....but not all fat. If you have not really dieted, then it comes off quicker the first few weeks, so this won't be too hard but you have to be strict. and it's easy. It's not a diet either. You simply watch your calorie intake. Don't eat anymore than 1200 calories a day, whatever you do, don't go under 1000, thats not healthy, No sugar, splenda is fine ( great as a matter of fact it;s tasty and made from sugar and doesn't mess with your blood sugar) fruit is fine too) Just add your calories. Piece of cake. People eat too many calories these days and their portions are huge and they get used to that! Good Luck! you can do it....Once week! sure But you said 10 pounds...make it 5 and relax. Exercise would be beneficial of course, but that's another issue, you need to do that as well.

Don't try to move it with diet pills or starvation. Keep to a healthy diet. Perhaps cut your calorific intake slightly. Exercise is also important. Go for a good cardio-vascular workout a few times in the week but don't overdo it, especially if it is not something you would normally do. Be prepared to sweat a bit and you will soon notice the difference. Hope you have a good time at the event.

You wont loose 10 pounds in 8 days but to get close you could do a lot of hard cardio (stuff that makes you sweat ie, sprinting and running)
Also veggie and fruit diet for a week till your event.
Not the healthiest thing, but it will work.

This diet will get at least 10 pounds off in seven days. It has an "urban legend" type of history but it does work! I wouldn't stay on it for more than a week at a time but it will do the trick for you. And the soup is actually pretty good.

Sauna! But dropping weight too quickly can lead to medical complications. On average no more than a couple of lbs a week is recommended. try working out, running, lots of exercise. Cut out sugar, starch and fat, eat less! Check out your daily kj needs and consume slightly less so your body will burn fat. If you drop weight real quick your body goes into starvation mode and will horde every calorie you feed it. Then you are right back to square one.

Forget dropping weight in 8 days. That is just foolish. Start to eat healthy, exercise, drink water not sodas.
