No. Once you have accepted Christ as your personal lord and savior you can never loose your salvation. The bible tells a story of a Father with two sons. One of the sons wanted his inheritance before his father has died, so his father gave it to him. He went out and spent it on prostitutes and parties. When he was broke he went back to his father to become a slave to earn a little money and food to eat. When his father had seen that his son had returned he greeted him with a coat and gave him a party because he son had returned. My point being that we can drift so far away from God but he will always accept us Christians as his sons and daughters.
