If she's a kitten, they get rough in their play and will bite, scratch, and hiss. Just tell her no and then ignore her -- she'll learn that when she plays too rough, she gets socially isolated, and she'll stop. Older cats sometimes playbite/scratch, but seldom hiss unless they're serious. Have you done anything that has frightened or hurt her? Do you yell at her? Does anyone else?

To rebuild a relationship with a cat, it takes a lot of patience. Start by feeding her a special treat (maybe tuna?) and staying near her while she eats it. Don't mess with her while she eats, just stay close and quiet, maybe talk to her in a soothing, gentle tone of voice. Keep some kitty treats near you, and every so often throughout the day offer her one or two. Pet her gently when she starts coming to you to get them, if she'll let you. Don't rush her. Never use quick gestures or harsh tone of voice. If she hides from you under a bed or something, don't forcibly drag her out. Let her come to you when she's ready.

Don't expect to reform a relationship instantly. If she really does distrust and dislike you, this will take days or weeks of patience and love. If she's an outdoor cat, keep her inside during this time if you can -- she'll cry to go out, but she'll more quickly turn to you for attention and companionship.

One trick with cats is to go read a newspaper. Seriously. Ignore her absolutely and go read a newspaper. Curiosity will drive her nuts until she shoves her way between you and that crinkly paper that's got you so engrossed. Ignore her a few minutes longer then give in and pet her a bit :)

Good luck!

There is a reason she attacks or hisses. Did you have her declawed cause that is common for them to be biters and have other issues?
She is stressed over something and you need to find out why. Is there new people around or a dog that is terrorizing the cat?
Can't help you unless I have all the details to why she is so upset.

be gentle and quiet. reach your hand out until she/he eventually comes to you. It could take a few months. When she/he comes to your hand, then start to pet it for very short times in a gentle manner. This is probably due to some bad past experience or it could be something that your wearing such as perfume, lotion, shampoo, or eating that she/he can smell on you. Try a variety of days of eliminating certain things.

Get her a friend. But you can't MAKE her like you. Maybe she is just lonely. What doe she do to make you think she hates you?

***Oh well maybe she doesn't like you or maybe if you adopted her or bought an older cat, she has to adjust to you. If not you may need to get another cat. You can always take her to the vert to see why it is so aggressive.
