I have intalled a computor game on my computer but when i go to play it, it does not work?

I have intalled a computor game on my computer but when i go to play it, it does not work?

The game is triple play 2001.
I know it is an old game but it should still work.
When i go to play it is says: An error is being created. You have to restart the program.
And then i do and the same thing keeps happening.
Any Ideas?

Does it meet the recommended requirments? If it does and still doesn't work uninstall it. Then get the latest drivers for you sound and video cards as well as DirectX9. Then reinstall it. Hope this helps.

i suggest reinstall it and check you video driver sofware

uninstall it and then try reinstalling that sometimes works
