To some people it tastes like spoiled milk, and they don't like the taste. It is a common biochemical reaction on the tastebuds. It isn't for everyone. The taste receptors in tastebuds aren't the same for everyone, and the two flavors can get combined. I personally like them both.

I like chocolate period.
White chocolate
Chocolate made with cocoa butter, sugar, milk, emulsifier, vanilla and sometimes other flavorings. It does not contain any non-fat ingredients from the cacao bean and has therefore an off-white color. In some countries white chocolate cannot be called 'chocolate' because of the low content of cocoa solids. It has a mild and pleasant flavor and can be used to make Chocolate Mousse, Panna Cotta and other desserts.
Milk chocolate
Sweet chocolate with 10-20% cocoa solids (which includes cocoa and cocoa butter) and more than 12% milk solids. It is seldomly used for baking, except for cookies.
Dark chocolate
Sweetened chocolate with high content of cocoa solids and no or very little milk, it may contain up to 12% milk solids. Dark chocolate can either be sweet, semi-sweet, bittersweet or unsweetened. If a recipe specifies 'dark chocolate' you should first try semi-sweet dark chocolate.

I like it quite a bit, but not as much as regular chocolate (milk or dark.) I like Hershey's cookies and cream. My favorite white chocolate is from a local chocolatier. I like Zero candy bars sometimes, but they are really sweet.

I love white chocolate in bar form. But when it comes to hot chocolate, it has to be milk chocolate!

I have never tried white chocolate. It looks very unsatisfying. I know I'm judging it wrong because it may be good to some people while others like you think it tastes nasty. I am not really a big chocoate fan. I dont like chocolate. I know some people are like, "WHAT? YOU DON'T LIKE CHOCOLATE?!" It is weird..I only like my sister's chocolate cake. LOL. But I will try white chocolate sometime in my life. Ew. LOL

white chocolate is okay, I dont hate it but too much of it tastes so gross! I like it drizzled over milk chocolate covered strawberries. It looks so pretty

I like it all rite, my mom used 2 eat it a lot because brown chocolate gave her migranes. Personally, I adore dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate is the best kind of chocolate that you can buy since it has pure cocao ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cacao ) or cocoa in each bar.
