i really like this one guy, and last week we hung out and he kissed me for the first time. (not my first kiss) and so if we didn't hang out after school, he would atleast make sure he saw me so that he could give me a kiss goodbye. and then we were suppose to hangout that weekend, but saturday he was working w/ his dad. so he calls me 20 minutes after i made plans with one of my friends, well i wasn't going to blow off my friend. and he said that he would have gone with me (i was seeing my schools musical) but his friends were going to his house. and sunday i had a lot going and i was gonna hangout w/ him later that night. but he never called me back and i let it go, no biggie. and all this week he was acting really weird. i never saw him during the day. and he didn't even go to my locker to say goodbye. yesterday was the only day i saw him after school, and he just gave me a hug. so my question is, how do i know if he still likes me? and should i just move on or try to make this work

i think you need to talk it out with him. he's probably thinking the same thing as you. he might have thought you don't like him because you couldn't go out on the saturday night, and he's probably just too shy to ask again in case you reject him.
why don't you ask him to do something and if he says yes then you know he's interested, and if he doesnt you can move on?

He probably thinks that you don't like him and were just blowing him off. You should talk to him about it and see how he feels about you.
