lets get this straight shall we....NO ONE can MAKE you do anything you don't want to do.....if you do need help then it's up to you to get it yourself, but don't have other people force you into something you don't want to do.....

NO WAY! your life your in control! never let anyone force you in to something you do not want to do!
if you need help and you reconise this, try and change your life for the better! others will want to help you because they care about you! but in the end your the person that nmeeds to help yourself!
make sure the people presuring you to get help know exactly where you stand "you dont want help!"
they probs will be upset but if they care about you enough they will except how you feel!
good luck and i hope your ok!

No, if you are an adult, you cannot be forced into accepting a person's unwelcome help unless or until you are ready to do so.
If you are a kid then that is a different issue because the adults who are responsible for your well-being have the right to make "certain" decisions for you, whether you like it or not.

If you are a minor, your parents or guardian can force you to get help. If not, then you are on your own. Why would you not accept help if you need some?

no, you need to realise you need help yourself before anything can be done to help.
