She is sad or mad over the phone, what can i say to let her know everything is ok, or to make her happy?

Say what you feel,tell her you love her and that you are there for her,be gentle and stay calm , don't raise your voice when she is mad or yelling,if she needs help with a problem in her life help her,don't just be there for her, be there with her.From my lifes experience if she is sad or mad she needs to know that you are there for her no matter what.

Sound positive, funny, and upbeat. Even if there is nothing going on, you can still be excited about small stuff or plans for the future. If she thinks that you are in a good mood, it doesn't really matter what you talk about.

Tell her you ache to hold her and you feel empty when she's not with you. Tell her you love the way her hair shines in the sunlight, the way her eyes sparkle when she laughs, how soft her lips are when you kiss.
Hopefully that'll cheer her up :)
