I have updated my drivers, reinstalled all players, checked hardware properties and still some video files are played without sound. What is couse of this ???

i understand . probably it seems that your sound port at the back of your pc is damaged.It can be replaced.You can also check the sound properties on the Task bar.

Probably it's an issue with your video codecs.
You can try downloading different codec packs such as "K-Lite Codec Pack" or "CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack)" download them and install them, then see if they work better now.

Check if your speakers are well connected. Check that you activated the sound. If it doesn't work, download a pack of sound codecs.
