that will help my neck in the mornings?i wake up every morning with a hurt neck any type of pillow that will help?thanks

Those space-age heat-sensitive foam pillows are incredible. I found two at Ross for $25. Put them in a pillow case or they will absorb your hair oil and turn yellow. I will never use a regular pillow again if I don't have to- my neck feels great every day now!
And my God, if we had the money, I would buy a tempur-pedic bed in addition to the pillows. I tried one at the store, and it feels like heaven on earth. Everything the waterbed of the 1980s tried to be and wasn't- soft, warm, and relaxing.

I was in a bad car accident and my chiropractor sold me a water pillw they are awesome they cost about 90 dollars but they are worth it its like a water bed you can put as much water as you need for your comfort level and they are very durable

try sleeping in a cardboard box in the middle of winter and then tell me about neck pain.
