Goth or something like that? There shouldn't be any problem if you can deal w/ all the black clothing, etc.
BUT if this guy is one of those freaks who actually likes to go around drinking/ingesting the blood of others, then you may want to be careful. Not healthy,.. and smelly, (both ends), too.

If you don't believe she is a vampire you could try talking to her, and manybe get her to see a shrink. But I highly doubt she'd be up for that.
If you mean vampire in the new age way learn to live with it. Depending on how she does it it may be sexy.
If you do believe she is a vampire you have to stake her to save your immortal soul. She'll turn to ash. No one will know. Just bring her out into the sun.
