well all i've been eating was tuna and turkey sandwiches but my dic said i need to gain weight and i'm not keeping up with my calories so for today i'm thinking about a cheese sandwich. i just don't know what to have with it. should i have tomato soup? what side serving vegetable should i have?thnx.

Dice some cucumber, onion & tomato & drizzle with olive oil & herbs, lovely with hot tomato soup & a hot cheese sandwich (you can even add other veg to the sarnie or side veg like sweetcorn, red/green pepper etc

You need to eat more carbohydrates if you want to put on weight. I would stay away from too much protein and things like tomato soup which actually is quite filling considering it has limited calories, and go for things like bread, pasta, starches (potatos, etc).

Eat a big dish of ice cream every day, that'll pack on some pounds!
Have some potato chips with the sandwich, they are high calorie too.

Organic tomato soup.

Dill pickles go good with grilled cheese. (you did mean grilled right). And tomato soup, I make mine with milk, wife makes hers with water. I think she's weird.

have tomato soup and put small little meatballs in it with some brown rice celery and carrots....
