Approximately 3 hrs after my dinner, I had a bad stomache followed by diahorrea which lead to itchiness on both my palms and ball of my feet. Both my eyes turned red and I start to feel astmathic. Can anyone tell me whats happening?

Approximately 3 hrs after my dinner (Ham, Cheese, Crepes, Fried calamari), I had a bad stomache followed by diahorrea which lead to itchiness on both my palms and ball of my feet. Both my eyes turned red and I start to feel astmathic, but I recovered after napping for 20mins. Can anyone tell me whats happening?

Sounds like either food poisoning or a food allergy. You don't list what you ate, either way, check in with a Dr. ASAP.

is this a recent change in yr bowel habits?? if so, go and see a doctor
