Plank for 45 secs: get in push-up position, but instead of your hands put down your elbows/forearms

Side Lift for 45 secs each side: lay on your side and then prop yourself up on you one elbow/forearm. Then lift your butt off the ground. Your body should be in a straight line.

3 sets of 20 sit-ups

3 sets of 15 leg lifts: lay on back and lift your legs up and down, but lower your legs about 6 inches off the ground and then go back up.

This should be less than 10 minutes, if it isn't you can always take out one of the exercises.

I bought an ab roller for $6 at target and it kicks butt!!! and you can start out with three or four minutes and you will feel it the next day. All it is, is a wheel in the middle of a handle bar. You kneel on the floor and roll it away and back towards you. IT'S AWESOME! GET ONE!!!!

Do a set of crunches (30x) Make sure your feet never touch the floor and when your legs are lowered they should be parallel to the floor. Do a plank for 45 sec (laying parallel to the floor with you arms at a 90 degree angle and keeping your shoulders, chest, and legs of the floor). Side planks both sides for 30 secs (same thing but on your side and using one arm) do another set of cruches (30x) and cool of with a set of sit-up to 20, but instead of coming straight up-twist your torso to work your obliques
