ATTENTION ALL INTERMEDIATE-PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDERS: I just started working out (approx 2 months). What would be an ideal routine ? I am at the gym almost EVERYDAY (1-2 hours - I still have a life though) but I also understand that you cannot work out a certain group of muscles everyday. My basic understanding is that you have to work a certain group of muscles every other day (or 2) because, per the body builders I ask questions from, muscles are still in the "bleeding" stage after a workout the day before or 2. Like I said, I am at the gym almost everyday, and quite frankly, I find it ADDICTING. Please give me a quick Sunday-Saturday (or whatever ideal sched, I can miss a few days if necessary) on "what muscle to workout" schedule and I will try to religiously follow it. Thanks.

Enter the supersite, on the left you see a menu, look in Workouts(use the Workout Database), choose one that suits you(there are many types of workouts depending on your goals), look in Exercises learn what exercises work which muscle groups and how to do them correctly(try to changeup your routine to avoid your body adapting), look in Nutrition and learn how to maximize the effectiveness of your workout(the workout is only half the battle, nutrition is the other half). Look for Pre workout and Post workout nutrition, this is where most people fail in meeting their goals, dont workout for little or no gains, learn how to nourish your body, not just what to eat but when to eat.(CRUCIAL)

Buy Arnold's book, "Education of a Bodybulder." It has lots of information, and a training program you could follow to have great results.
