The 27 year old male was the adult in the situation and should be held accountable for having relations with anyone under the legal age, no matter if she was hot in the pants and sexually active.

Note that I stated 27 year old male, because there's a difference between a male and a man... just as there is a difference between a female, a woman, and a lady.

For instance... any female can be a woman, but not every woman can be a lady.

By established laws, the father of the 13 year old was not legally justified in his actions because there was no proof or evidence that his life, his daughter's life, or anyone else's was in danger of loss or limb.
