Most jockey have natural balance and train very hard to do what they do. It may look easy to those watching from the stands, but racing horses is a difficult sport to master.

All jockeys are very small people. Some are what we call "natural light weights", and don't have to work very hard to stay light. Unfortunately though, most are bulemic. Thats how they stay light, though most don't like to admit it.

Practice and balance is easy flipping and other things is how they lose the weight .
