No, your hair get generally frizzy after swimming and its had some time to dry. Not just because you're on a swim team.

Having frizzy hair has nothing to do with swimming- it has to do with your hair being dry or curly- both 'frizz' to try and take the moisture in the air- into the hair follicle- Just try to condition your hair for instance I use the HYRDA TLC from Sunsilk (it's a new line and it's awesome!) or you can do an overnight leave-in conditioner Good Luck! and don't blow dry!

Well...I hear that if you use a swim cap and put conditioning on your hair it will help keep your hair in tip top shape.

it depends what hair type you have. if u have curly hair, after swimming you can put products in it that make it unfrizzy. straight hair can probably just dry and not be frizyy. but the water doesnt make your hair frizzy. clhorine might be bad for your hair though.

Well if your hair curls when wet or if you don't wash it good enough the chlorine will get to it and start causing splits and dead ends.
