I am 5'8 111 pounds, and i eat more than 3 meals a day but i never gain anything.

I am 5'8 111 pounds i eat more than 3 meals a day and i never gain anything and i am an athlete , i play basketball everyday when i can and volleyball for my school can someone help me please?

best results Ive seen at the gym and personal friends is protein shakes. even movie stars take protein shakes to gain weight. look for the shakes with the most protein in them. they vary in the amount of protein, so be careful to check the amount of grams each shake contains. they worked wonders on me when i wanted to lose body fat , but gain muscle and weight.

Hi there, you could try eating more carbs in your diet which will help you gain weight...boy I wish I had your problem! :-) But be sure they are healthy carbs, and don't over do it to where it becomes a problem. Good luck!!

go to the local nutrition store and buy some weight gainers high protein powder, but you also have to eat your regular meals packed with high protein

If you don't gain anything, it mean you have a high metabolism. To get rid of that... either age, or eat right before you go to bed.

Eat protein bars. I hear they help. Maybe weight-gainer pills also?

try lifting weights in the gym and eat protien rich food like beef, chicken, fish and also include protien shakes in your diet.

well wat u can do is go to the store and bye alot of junk food but dont eat to much ok so try it
