Deviled eggs are the whites of eggs, with the yolk part beaten up and spread on the white part. For a good recipe, go to:

They are really good, and usually served at picnics and such.

Deviled eggs are a staple at any holiday or just a regular dinner. God forbid if I forget to make them, my hubby will whine! lol
They are so easy to make, even my kids can do it!
Hard boil some eggs (remember, each egg gives you 2 little devils!)
Peel eggs while they are still warm, as the shell comes off easier. Cut eggs in half long ways. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add some mayonnaise until it is smooth, but not too much! and a tiny bit of mustard.(some people add a drop of yellow food coloring to make it look prettier).
Spoon mixture into the egg yolks, sprinkle lightly with paprika, and place on a pretty plate. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Enjoy!
p.s. Some people like to add a bit of sweet pickle relish to the mixture, but I think this is gross!
p.p.s. You can also squirt the mixture into the egg white shell using a pastry bag and a wide tip. pretty!

Mix yolk and 3tbsp mayo,1tbsp cranberry horseradish sauce, 1tsp sugar or equivalent mix well then spoon back in to egg 1/2's Lick bowl clean sprinkle a little paprika over them put in fridge for about 15-20 Minn to let set.... Then well eat, eat, eat
But be warned...Later that day well lets just say you won't be very popular with people around you..(smelly smelly smelly) And I'm not talking what comes out you're mouth either...lol

They are really good, and a perfect way to get rid of Easter Eggs. Boil, cool, peel eggs. Split in half lengthwise. Flip the yolk out of the white (this leaves a little hole in the white part). Use a fork to mash all the yolks. Add salt, pepper, mayo, a little mustard (if desired) and sweet pickle relish. Mix all this into a paste and spoon or pipe it into the hole left in the white--mound it up a little. Sprinkle with pepper or a little paprika. You have a fantastic little appetizer. In the Southern USA (my home) they are a must for every social gathering where a meal is served.

Their stuffed eggs, you hard boil eggs , cool, than you slice length wise, remove yolks, put them in a bowl mix in mustard, mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Take the yolk mix and put it back in the white part of the egg. I like to put thin sliced green onion on the tops of mine. There are many different recipes for deviled eggs
