I am currently on my period, so i have been taking asprin to ease the cramps. I am going to a party tonight, so i will probibly have a few drinks. If i had an asprin before i left then drank after would it make me sick? Or could it be bad for me?

I would advise that you dont drink too much, any pain killers are best not taken with alcohol, and as aspirin also thins your blood you will get drunk with much less alcohol. Go out but limit yourself to a couple of drinks.

Important to know how old you are..Aspirin is ,generally, not advised for those under 16...There is a viral condition(Reyes Syndrome) that has an association with taking aspirin under this age.
Aspirin, will, of course, cause you to bleed more: It inhibits your blood platelets form slowing bleeding.
A different anti-inflammatory may be a better choice.
Both aspirin and alcohol are known to be irritants to the stomach and although an individual response,won't help your stomach at all.
If you don't choose aleve, motrin or others, take as little aspirin as possible

In practice, taking aspirin and thereafter consuming alcoholic drink may not have bad or adverse effect immediately.But its definitely not adviceable to do this.Aspirin,irritates the stomach lining and hence it is always recommended to take some food before taking aspirin that too, with plenty of water,to minimize its corrosive effect on the stomach lining.It is acidic and alcohol is again another agent which also irritates bowel.Their combined effect can be dangerous and initiate gastric ulceration or bleeding.Therefore it is not recommended to consume both.Since you intend to go to party and have drinks,it would be adviseable to take aspirin earlier before going to party.

You must not drink alcohol and take pills. It will increase the toxicity and make you very very sick. I'd call and cancel if it were me. Stay in bed with a hot drink or curl up in front of the telly were it's nice and warm.

Forget the aspirin let the booze ease the pain! Besides Aspirin will make your period last longer.... booze won't.
